This video corresponds to the 4th presentation of the CD «Tribute to Alicia,» published with KNS Classical, and it formed part of the XX edition of the Sant Pere de Rodes Music Festival. The video features a performance of the piece «Burlesca,» by Alicia de Larrocha. She composed this piece when she was 19, and it belongs to her collection «Sins of Youth.»
First presentation of the CD, «Tribute to Alicia,» published with KNS Classical. This presentation has been part of the Serenates Festival 2020, organized by the Institut Valencià de Cultura GVA, Universitat de València – UV, and LA NAU Centre Cultural de la Universitat de València. I’m very thankful for having been able to participate in this year’s edition of the Festival, which has been in digital form due to the current circumstances. The video was recorded in Clemente Pianos, with their wonderful Steinway.
